Review Text

This travel book about Moscow and St Petersburg could have worked if the writers would have thought about the kyrillic letters. You can not get by in Moscow without a Metro map with Russian letters, you will be totally lost, as I was until I found a better map. The guidebook neither contains practical information on sights etc, which I think a guidebook should. It can be read beforehand as it contains som kuriosa, but in Moscow or St Petersburg you will need other guides. In my opinion it is too British, why not think about others in the world that do not use British pounds.
