    Book details

This insider’s guide reveals the island’s best-kept secrets, so you can feel like a “regular”, even on your first trip, and find activities for the whole family!

  • Find the best beaches, away from the crowds...
  • Learn the stories behind the sights
  • Plan your holiday before you leave home - and make sure you pack the right stuff!
  • Benefit from local knowledge
  • Make the most of your hard-earned vacation
  • This book is small enough to fit in your pocket

There is so much that commends Saint Lucia as a holiday destination: the world’s only drive-on volcano, romantic beaches of both brown and white sand, unspoilt rainforest and some of the best scuba diving in the region.

Her famous Pitons are a UNESCO World Heritage site and have been named as one of the world’s top five must-see spectacles, while her dramatic land and seascapes continue to provide ideal settings for films and reality shows.

This full-colour book includes details of:

  • 27 beautiful beaches to relax on;
  • 55 engaging attractions;
  • 19 fun activities to keep you out of trouble!
  • Lists of major tour operators with contact details;
  • Summaries of the major scuba diving sites around the island;

This book doesn't include details of hotels or restaurants - because Trip Advisor is the best place for such information. Instead, it's your personal tour guide to some of the best that Saint Lucia has to offer.

Plan ahead by reading it in the departure lounge or on the plane, or take each day as it comes – the choice is yours. With maps, addresses and contact information for many of the island’s tour guides and activity providers, your only challenge will be deciding which of her many wonders to leave until next time!

    Small & nothing special ,but OK for a tiny pocket

    Was rather disappointed at the size of this, it's a very thin guide which I had bought as a present. However it's packed with tips and information perfect for taking away!

    Very disappointing and a waste of money. This is a pocket guide so no maps or detailed information for planning trips or days out.

    I was given a free copy of the book in return for an honest review.I haven't actually used this book for a visit to Saint Lucia. I haven't actually been there yet. So I can only give 4 stars as I can't say how accurate it is about the locations.I have read this book and it is well written and informative, just like the similar guide to Barbados by the same author, which I highly recommend. We used 101 things in Barbados on our honeymoon and it guided us to great locations and experiences. It wasn't the only guide we bought but it was the only one we needed. Based on our experience using that book I can be confident that this is a great little guide to Saint Lucia. These guides are short and to the point, fit in your pocket and have most of the information you need to know.

    I was given a free copy of the book in return for an honest review. That said, this is a terrific guide for anyone planning to visit St. Lucia and/or a lovely keepsake for anyone who's had the good fortune to have set foot on the island. I wouldn't think of planning my next trip without consulting (and bringing) this nicely categorized, smartly written reference along. Clearly, you would have to spend a lot of time on St. Lucia to see and do everything recommended in this book. Clearly, I'd love to!!

    I brought Russell Streeters book on Barbados before I went last year and found it to be brilliant and wouldn't have been without while I was there. So I was looking forward to his latest book on St Lucia. I was delighted once again with this new book on St Lucia in every aspect of it. The information it gives is so detailed and well thought out that It makes me want to go and book a holiday there straight away.I was given a free copy of the book in return for a honest review.

    I was given a free copy of the book in return for an honest review, after buying the Barbados one (visiting there soon for a 2nd holiday) As with the Barbados book the St Lucia one is a very informative read & after reading it I would love to visit there too in the future. The great thing with Russell Streeter's eBooks is he updates them free of charge so need to purchase new editions which is a rarity these days.

    I was given a free copy of the book in return for an honest review and was again very impressed by the amount of detail provided within a light-hearted tourism guide. The book is an excellent tool to browse through before you leave on your trip and because of its pocket size, a great reference tool when you are on the island.
